To ensure good heart health, work out for 30 minutes, five days a week or every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manage stress.<\/strong> A woman often deals with a lot of pressure and stress. Professionals encourage women to take a few minutes from her day to take a step back and relax. Mental health is very important to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/womens-health\/physical-side-of-stress.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">women\u2019s health<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avoid harmful habits.<\/strong> Women should stay away from tobacco products and people who smoke.
